Magnetic Clamps For Precast Side-Form System

This stainless steel magnetic clamps are typical for precast plywood form-work and Aluminum side-form system with adapters on steel casting beds. The welded nuts could be nailed to the targeted side form easily. It’s designed with an emerged handle to release the magnets. No extra lever required.

Normally the operator needs to try several times to install magnets on the accurate position. When the magnet is closing, it will be a sudden attachment between magnet and steel table. It’s extremely hard to make a right installation at the first time.  In order to solve this problem, we design four spring feet on the bottom of this type magnetic clamp. Simultaneously, the four feet are specially equipped to make magnets move into the right position at will, ahead of magnet’s working, which can save operating time sharply.
