Inserted Magnetic Pin for Lifting Anchor Rubber Basement
Short Description:
Inserted Magnetic Pin is magnetic fixture clamp for fixing spread anchor rubber basement on the steel platform. The integrated powerful permanent neodymium magnets could be in high performance against rubber basement moving. Quite easier to install and uninstall than traditional bolting and welding.
Inserted Magnetic Pin plays a new role in fixing and positioning the spread lifting anchor forming rubber. In the precast production, normally we use spread anchor to lift and transport those large and thin precast component, like slabs and shells, which features limited room for normal lifting socket. In this way, it requires a special forming rubber to help the socket emerged into the concrete. In traditional, the precaster used to weld a steel pin on the form-work table. But it’s too cumbersome and obsolete method with time wasting and bed destroying.
With the application of permanent neodymium magnets, we can easily locate the targeted rubber former on the table. The integrated magnets could afford enough forces against rubber base moving and sliding, and easy to take off after concrete mold release.
